We're looking for a Regional Manager who leads the way great hospitality brands do, with obsessive attention to detail, a genuine love of people, and the discipline to make excellence repeatable across every campus, every single day.
This is a role for a builder — someone who can walk onto any campus, read the room instantly, coach a Director up, solve a licensing question, calm a worried parent, and leave the place better than they found it.

As Regional Manager, you're the vital link between ownership and every Campus Director, making sure each location consistently delivers exceptional care, legendary guest service, full Title 22 compliance, and a joyful, high-quality learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Operations: Provide hands-on coaching to Directors, set consistent operational standards across all locations, and conduct regular site visits and audits with clear follow-up action plans.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop campus management talent, and conduct performance evaluations for campus leadership.
- Licensing & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure every campus maintains full CCL and Title 22 compliance, and support Directors through inspections and corrective action plans.
- Educational Quality: Partner with Directors on high-fidelity curriculum implementation and coach toward best practices in early childhood education.
- Enrollment & Family Experience: Drive enrollment growth and retention, and personally resolve escalated parent concerns with speed and empathy.
- Financial & Business Performance: Partner with ownership on budgeting, labor cost management, and financial planning across the portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred); equivalent professional experience considered.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in early childhood education, childcare, preschool, or multi-site operations, including supervising managers or Directors.
- Working knowledge of Title 22 and California Community Care Licensing requirements.
- Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurability for regular travel between campuses.
- Ability to pass DOJ/FBI Live Scan background clearance.
- California Child Development Program Director Permit (or higher), multi-site management experience, and bilingual ability in Spanish, Armenian, or Russian are all a plus.

Childcare Director | Full-Time | Lead a Rising Stars Campus in LA
Location: Los Angeles, California
About Us
Rising Stars Academy campuses run on one idea: kids should feel like they're somewhere they belong, and parents should feel like they've found their people. That takes a Director who treats a well-run classroom the same way they'd treat a can't-put-your-finger-on-it feeling of a place that "has it together." We're looking for that person to lead one of our Los Angeles campuses.
What You'll Do
As Childcare Director, you're the on-site leader responsible for the day-to-day running of the campus, reporting to the Regional Manager and/or Operations/Executive Officer. You'll plan, organize, and control every part of the program, from budget to curriculum fidelity to staff supervision, operating in full conformance with Title 22 and California Community Care Licensing (CCL) requirements.
Responsibilities
- General Leadership & Licensing: Serve as the campus's primary point of contact with CCL and other regulatory agencies, and ensure full compliance with Title 22 health, safety, staffing, and licensing regulations.
- Fiscal Responsibilities: Prepare and operate within the annual campus budget, purchase equipment and supplies, and manage tuition collection and petty cash.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, onboard, train, schedule, and supervise all classroom and support staff, and run regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
- Enrollment & Family Relations: Interview and tour prospective families, guide them through enrollment, and maintain an active parent-communication system.
- Health, Safety & Children's Program: Oversee the health and safety program, educational program, field trips, nutrition, and rest schedules.
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related field, or equivalent qualifying units/experience under the California Child Development Permit Matrix.
- Minimum 4 years of teaching experience and 2 years of administrative/supervisory experience in a licensed childcare setting.
- Holds, or is immediately eligible for, a California Child Development Program Director Permit (or Site Supervisor Permit, per current CCL requirements).
- Current Pediatric & Adult CPR/First Aid certification, including management of blocked airways.
- Current Food Handler card.
- Ability to pass DOJ/FBI Live Scan background clearance and meet all Title 22 personnel requirements.

Please submit your application via the form below. Only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
